In Spain, during the year 2021, each person emitted about 5 tons of CO2, which is a volume similar to that stored by 4 radiata pines of 30 years old. This gives an idea of the enormous importance of trees, forests and the use of wood as a material to offset and reduce the carbon footprint. And, of course, of the enormous and urgent need to reduce the amount of CO2 we emit unnaturally into the atmosphere to make the balance easier to achieve.
